These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Woofi's services. By using the platform, the user fully agrees to the conditions described below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Woofi's services, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and the platform's Privacy Policy. If the user disagrees with any provision, they should not use Woofi's services.
2. About Woofi
The platform delivers global mobile connectivity through eSIM technology, enabling the user to contract, activate and manage data plans across multiple countries.
3. Registration and Account
The user may need to provide accurate, complete and current information. The user is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of credentials
- Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided
- Being accountable for all activities carried out on the account
4. Purchase and Use of the Service
When purchasing an eSIM or data plan:
- The user accepts the conditions presented at the time of purchase
- Activation depends on device compatibility
- Service availability varies by country, operator and local coverage
Woofi does not guarantee full coverage in all regions.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by external providers. After eSIM activation or once plan usage begins, refunds may not be available, except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Woofi.
6. Acceptable Use
The user may not use the services for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Violation of third-party rights
- Distribution of malware or malicious content
- Compromising the security of the platform
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Woofi β including marks, logos, texts, interfaces, code and visual elements β is protected by intellectual property rights. The user receives only the rights strictly necessary to use the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Woofi is not responsible for:
- Interruptions caused by operators
- Device incompatibility issues
- Third-party failures
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service
9. Suspension or Termination
The platform may suspend or cancel access for users who violate these Terms or misuse the services.
10. Changes to the Terms
Woofi updates these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the new conditions.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
